From the moment 3'6" Canadian Tanyalee Davis was born people have under-estimated her. Kids were cruel, her mother was crazy, yet she has the gift to make people laugh.

Tanyalee will take the audience on a journey of cruelty, embarrassment, independence, courage and triumph. She may be small in size but her personality and spirit is 10 feet high.  Don’t assume anything cuz little do you know!

In Nov 1999, Tanyalee placed 2nd in the Seattle Comedy Competition - where she was the first woman in 10 years to make it into the finals.  In April 2001, Tanyalee headlined her own show at the prestigious Melbourne Comedy Festival obtaining great reviews.  In August 2003, Tanyalee was part of the “US Comedy Invasion” show, performing at the Edinburgh festival.  In 2007 she took hersolo one hour show "Little Do They Know! " back to the fringe and won 4star reviews for it.

The Comedy Store’s resident character-cabaret team “Slaughterhouse Live” (that’s “laughterhouse” with an “S”) have sold out the prestigious Lowry theatre numerous times and enjoyed a successful residency at The Comedy Store since July 2003.

In 2005 they received the 'Best Comedy Show' Award at the Brighton Fringe Festival and were runners-up in the “Best Touring Show” category at the Manchester Comedy Awards 2004.

They have also made their mark at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with acclaimed runs at the Gilded Balloon (2003-2005 inc.) and at the Pleasance Courtyard where they scored a hit in 2006 with their show, TV Spazzatura.

Paul Tonkinson - Unzips The Bag

A show about being on the road. Stand-up Paul Tonkinson, a 38 year old married man with three children, two dogs and two cats tells it like he thinks it is.

In Unzips the Bag, he celebrates the work and family ethic of gangster-rapper Snoop Dogg, muses on the necessity of surrender and shares the futile horror of being heckled on the radio.
